Prices are subject to change based on demand.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, as well as in publications such as art books unless a written agreement is agreed upon prior to the artwork's completion.

The client may post the commissioned artwork online as long as my watermark is displayed on the piece or I am credited via tag.

The client may not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, etc.)

The client may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. Cropping/Resizing the image is allowed as long my watermark is still visible.

Payments will only be accepted through PayPal.

If the client is ordering from third-party sites such as Ko-fi or Patreon, payments will only be accepted through PayPal.

All invoices must be paid within 7 days. After 7 days, the commission will be cancelled.

Payment plans are available if the client is not ordering through a third-party site. In this case, a 50% down payment must be paid upfront with the other 50% paid upon completion.

I will not begin working on the commission until all invoices are paid.

Commission that are paid for earlier or in full will be prioritized.

A full refund can be requested before work on the commission begins.

A full refund will be given if I am unable to complete the commission for unexpected reasons.

At any stage of the creation process, with the exception of nearly completed commissions or commissions in the final stage, a partial refund may be requested. This is done on a case-by-case basis. Below is an approximate breakdown of the refund amounts; however, these may be subject to change.

Commissions are done in the order in which they are received, unless a work has been prioritized.

Specific deadlines can be requested. This can be done via email or the commission form.

Commissions without a specific deadline may take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to complete. This timeline depends heavily on what the client is ordering, the complexity, and how many revisions are requested.

The creation process is divided into multiple stages: Sketch→Lineart→Flats→Cell-Shading→Full Render.

At each stage of the process, I will update the client via email or direct message, at which point any changes or revisions can be discussed before I continue to the next stage.
